SafeNote for Symbian S60 2nd and 3rd Ed Goes Freeware!

EksiKalori, a young product development and software consulting company has decided to go ahead and make SafeNote freeware application! SafeNote v1.0 beta for S60 2nd and 3rd Edition devices is now available for download free of charge.

SafeNote is a powerful text notes organizer with many great features. It's a great alternative for the built-in Notes Application and any Symbian Notepad or text editor application.

With SafeNote you can easily create and manage text notes directly on your mobile device.

You can also search and filter notes, or arrange them in groups. That means that finding valuable information deep in text notes will now be much easier.

As for security, users may assign passwords to text notes to hide your sensitive data from unauthorized access. Last but not the least, application also provides powerful text editor which allows editing and importing text files.

SafeNote beta 1 is unsigned and your phone isn't hacked you'll need to sign it, in order to install and run your phone. The self signing step is necessary because of Symbian's new platform security model restrictions. And, some features may not run or run as expected due to the security barrier.
