+ Funny: pyPiwo - Half real, half magic, N95 as a beer bottle

09 January 2007

pyPiwo for 3rd edition
Brew and drink beer on your Phone!
Cheers!

Nokia N95 magic

pyPiwo is another cool application from my friend Ariek, developer of the famous pyPoziomica application and the gorgeous pyMoneta Nokia N95 magic trick.

Same as all other application in his portfolio pyPiwo is developed in Python and require its latest version for proper work.

Applications also intensively use the level sensor so it will only work on models with build in accelerometer, Nokia N95 and Nokia N95 and Nokia N95 8GB (tested) but is should works with Nokia N93i and Nokia N82.

Anyway, pyPiwo is the half magic, half real, application that brings more fun into usually boring Symbian world and helps you to impress your friends with a simply hilarious beer trick. It uses the Accelerometer sensor to rotate beer like background and simulate the beer drinking in a very really and cool effect.

This is not just a video like the beer videos for the iPhone and other device that spreading around, this is the real trick that use the level sensor to move the fluid according to the angle of the phone!!!

Applications comes with a background and Heineken label but if you don’t like the smell, taste or color of the Heineken beer you can change it with your favorite or put few different labels on your phone and serve different beers for based on friends taste ;)

So, what you think about converting your phone into instant beer machine!? If you like idea just get it and impress your friends and colleagues tonight.

To get it to work you have to install Python and install application on the same drive as Python. As usually, more info over at our forum section ;o)
